Recently, we have been awarded, for an amount of 8.931.000\u20ac and a term of 4 years, the Technical Assistance of Project Management and Construction Management of all the airports of the Aena network in the Northern Region.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

VIARIUM will provide an integral service of direction, coordination, supervision and management for the development of all the actions of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our main objective is to comply with the planning and budget guaranteeing the highest quality in each of the airports involved, in this case: Asturias, Santander, Le\u00f3n, A Coru\u00f1a, Santiago, Vigo, Logro\u00f1o, Pamplona, Bilbao, Vitoria and San Sebasti\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution Adopted<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A comprehensive service that meets all the needs of the project and will be developed in three different areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Strategic management and monitoring:<\/strong> a PMO team to provide a comprehensive management service at a strategic level, monitoring and supervision of all actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Supervision and management of LDA and PAA:<\/strong> a Project Management team to provide a comprehensive management, coordination, supervision and management service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Technical Assistance, Construction Management and Control and Surveillance (ATDOCV)<\/strong> Project Management, Environmental Coordination and Construction Surveillance, as well as the Facilities Engineering service during the construction phase and the specialized advisory reports that may be required during the works.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
