PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR AENA'S NORTHERN REGION AIRPORTS

Project management, technical project management and supervision of all investments in 11 airports in northern Spain (Bilbao, Santiago) with more than 300 M€ of investment.

Supervision of the execution and implementation of all works in accordance with regulations, review and validation of all types of documents, reports, estimates and drawings submitted by the contractor, monitoring, supervision, testing, training and commissioning of the project, management and supervision of documents, development and review of quality assurance and materials and quality of work, supervision of training, meetings and control and management of design and engineering.
