Expansion of ENAIRE's building and critical facilities with a new pioneering control room which contributes to the development of the management of 2 million flights per year and 2.2 million km2 of airspace.
The project consists of the expansion of the ACC building in Madrid to create a new control room and improve its operational infrastructure. It includes the construction of a 1,800 m² control room, with an open-plan design and high soundproofing, a 3,000 m² annex block for technical facilities and administrative areas, and an air-conditioned walkway connecting to the cafeteria. In addition, the ground floor of the existing building will be reorganized to incorporate meeting areas, offices and a representative lobby. The project will take into account sustainability criteria, current regulations and functionality, with a completion period of 24 months and an estimated cost of more than 17 million euros.
