Refurbishment of a building consisting of three halls based on concrete porticos for the relocation of the Navantia Seanergies management offices. Spatial and constructive interventions will be carried out, including the expansion of the current space of Nave 1 on Nave 2. The structure will be repaired and new installations will be implemented and the waterproofing will be reinforced. These new offices will occupy almost 3,000 m2. This will implement almost 300 workstations, distributed in various operational areas, with the design focused on facilitating collaboration and providing varied environments for the individual and collective needs of the staff.
