Channel scope
This channel does not handle customer queries, complaints or claims, nor HR-related matters. For these cases, you should use the channels specifically set up for them.
Regulatory framework
The channel complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, on the Protection of Whistleblowers and Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, of 4 February, as well as the provisions of Article 31 bis of the Criminal Code regarding compliance, Circular 1/16 of the State Attorney General's Office, and the case law of the Supreme Court on the matter.
What can be communicated through this channel
This channel is established as an objective and effective mechanism to inform about:
Infringements of European Union Law
Any actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union law, in accordance with the requirements set out in the regulations.
Serious criminal or administrative infringements
Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence. In any case, all criminal or administrative offences of a serious or very serious nature that involve economic loss for the Public Treasury and Social Security shall be deemed to be included.
Internal and Code of Ethics breaches
Relevant breaches, or well-founded indications of having occurred, of the internal regulations and basic principles of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, which do or do not involve an infringement of the matters set out in the preceding sections or in the field of labour relations.
Responsible use of the channel
The reported facts must be true. Therefore, the reporter must ensure that the information provided is correct and must avoid using the channel to make false reports, reports that clearly show bad faith, unfounded reports or reports without concrete indications, reports about facts that are not reportable as they do not constitute any type of illicit act or ethical breach, or reports relating to facts that are subject to judicial proceedings.
Misuse of the channel may be punishable. Article 63 of Law 2/2023 lists as a very serious offence knowingly communicating or revealing false information.

Confidentiality and whistleblower protection
This channel provides a confidential and secure means for anyone who has dealings with the organisation to report any suspicious or illegal activities without fear of reprisal.
This channel guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of whistleblowers, any third party mentioned in the communication, and the actions taken in the management and processing of communications. This is done in accordance with data protection regulations and by preventing access to unauthorised personnel.
Management and resolution of communications
All reports or communications will be answered and resolved as quickly as possible, respecting the legally established deadlines and, in no case, will information be provided to third parties except in cases where legislation so permits.
Data protection
The record of communications is not public. In any case, the channel complies with and respects Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
The organisation will retain personal data relating to this channel for the strictly necessary period and will never retain personal data relating to this processing for a period longer than that legally established.
