RENOVATION OF PALMARET STATION

Design of the construction project for the renovation of the old Palmaret station building at the FGV training center using BIM methodology. The main actions involved in the renovation of the old Palmaret station building at the FGV Training Center include:

• Outdoor development and access: Construction of a parking lot with spaces for vehicles and people with reduced mobility, renovation of the main entrance with accessible stairs and ramps, landscaping, and improvement of outdoor lighting for greater safety.
• Building work: Extension and renovation of the existing structure, including the installation of new elevators, classrooms, offices, meeting rooms, an office area, and a bathroom block on each floor. The exterior and interior woodwork will also be renovated and the thermal insulation improved.
• Technical infrastructure: Modernization of electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, sanitation, security, and telecommunications systems. A vertical garden will be added at the main entrance.
