An example of future infrastructure is the project for the new T123 terminal complex at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport, which will double the capacity of the current facilities. Designed to process more than 54 million passengers per year. Viarium has a very relevant role as Project Management of this Airport remodeling, an action valued at 700 million euros.
Our work is divided into two blocks: the first one, Project Management, is focused on the integral management and control of the project, while the second one, Technical Support to the Airport for the drafting of the Construction Projects, provides technical assistance in relation to its scope.
The building is designed with a clear strategy of sustainability and energy savings, incorporating innovative solutions such as rainwater reuse, photovoltaic and geothermal energy, adjustable louvred panels for the use of light and other intelligent control solutions, thus moving towards energy neutrality.
