Recently, we have been awarded, for an amount of 8.931.000€ and a term of 4 years, the Technical Assistance of Project Management and Construction Management of all the airports of the Aena network in the Northern Region.
VIARIUM will provide an integral service of direction, coordination, supervision and management for the development of all the actions of the project.
Our main objective is to comply with the planning and budget guaranteeing the highest quality in each of the airports involved, in this case: Asturias, Santander, León, A Coruña, Santiago, Vigo, Logroño, Pamplona, Bilbao, Vitoria and San Sebastián.
Solution Adopted
A comprehensive service that meets all the needs of the project and will be developed in three different areas:
- Strategic management and monitoring: a PMO team to provide a comprehensive management service at a strategic level, monitoring and supervision of all actions.
- Supervision and management of LDA and PAA: a Project Management team to provide a comprehensive management, coordination, supervision and management service.
- Technical Assistance, Construction Management and Control and Surveillance (ATDOCV) Project Management, Environmental Coordination and Construction Surveillance, as well as the Facilities Engineering service during the construction phase and the specialized advisory reports that may be required during the works.
